The Notice of FY24 Annual General Meeting including the Agenda and Explanatory Memorandum is now available:
The following documents will also be circulated prior to the meeting:
- Draft minutes from the FY23 AGM which was held on 19 March 2024
- FY24 Audit Completion Report and Financial Statements 30.06.24.
The FY23 AGM will be held online via TEAMS at 7.00pm on Tuesday 25 February 2025.
You must be a current financial member in order to vote at the AGM. Non-members are welcome to attend the online AGM as a guest.
We will review the FY24 activities and financials and vote on the re-election of current director Jacqui Schultz; new members Morag Ingham, Melissa Weier and Lisa Riley. We will also open up the conversation for general comments, questions and feedback.

If you would like to attend the virtual FY24 AGM via Microsoft TEAMS please reply to secretary@bwc.org.au.
Members and any non-members who wish to attend will be provided with a Microsoft TEAMS invitation and log on details.

If you are a current financial member and are unable to attend the AGM please complete a Proxy Form via scanned PDF form below, which you will need to print, sign, scan and email back to secretary@bwc.org.au)
